The streets of Genoa are being blocked by shipping containers right now
around the red zone. It seems that Italian authorities have copied the
Swedish system of erecting the next version of the Berlin wall: another way
of stopping unwanted expressions of opinion. Even outside the red zone
people won't be able to move around as they want and should have the right to.
Already with the red zone a large part of the inner city is completely inaccessible,
but now this no go area is growing. Have a look at the map to know where the
containers are, as of 2:30 am.

Basically - the police is extendig their red zone in interesting ways.
