Questo quartiere risulta ufficialmente quasi disabitato perché il Comune di Napoli decide di non vedere le centinaia di studenti e lavoratori che lo abitano, lasciando che il mercato degli affitti sia di fatto una giungla senza contratti e garantendo rendite spropositate che precarizzano ancora di più le nostre vite.
