We might consider the Internet to be the solid foundation and medium of the 1st degree.

Those who maintain interactive websites are the mediums of the 2nd degree.

Post initiators are the mediums of the 3rd degree.

Post respondents are the mediums of the 4th degree.

The witnesses of post respondents are the mediums of the 5th degree.

The 6th degree ultimately begins to oppose the freedom of the 1st degree, by going after the 2nd then the 3rd degree (individual), preferring not to bear witness to the 4th and the 5th degree. Suppressing the fifth degree is where the warfare and selective labeling breeds.

These are the 6 mediums of the permitted realm of expression and suppression.

The 7th medium is a witness before the world that declares ‘We the People’ are the media and ‘thee the oppressor’ will not suppress our assemblies and marches for world peace and the rapid, thunderous dialogue that We Truly Do Require. The people, out of free will, must call forth the 7th medium for the adoption and protection of divine innocence.

“You People” would have us think that democracy needs to be rescued from the state, but in the interest of the oppressed multitudes, as history does testify, democracy needs to be rescued from your theocracy. What has changed in the last two thousand years?

“You People” hide behind a veil while you chip away at the wall separating church and state. This is why “You People” gather in some secret “holy place” three times yearly, to devise plans – not to educate the public as a viable 501 (c) 3 charity.

From the Dark Political Alleys to the Light of Independent Media and then Dependent Media



If they are trying to decide if they should charge you with a crime, let them investigate the matter on their own time.



We are not required to submit to privacy with those who might possibly be exploiting their position in order to lead us into a dark political alley. So many people get screwed over for speaking without family, friends, witnesses, or lawyers present. With witnesses it is much more difficult for politically deployed agents to twist your testimony around in court. Let them deal with this difficulty, rather than you incurring the difficulty of disproving what your nervous psyche supposedly uttered in some dark political alley.



Whether or NOT one is charged with a crime, when one is alone, one should not speak but verbalize this determination and firmly expect the agents to refrain from intimidation or further questioning. Until one is charged with a crime, it is one’s right to continue walking. If you have the desire to be helpful invite them to a popular coffee spot.



Remember too, that your psychological state is yours to maintain and yours to protect yourself from legal disadvantages.



Torture is an absolute abomination of the Fifth Amendment. If torture is overlooked when people are suspected of terrorism, corrupt politicians will be looking to label dissenters terrorists. I am afraid that this is already happening. Democracy must organize itself to cut off the lifeblood of those who hold such gruesome command.



Those who are illegally detained by US and international authorities rightly ought to be defended in the International Criminal Court, and deserving of restitution. When such crimes become the order of any democratic administration, democracy receives a deadly wound.



Are innocent people serving time while being tortured?



Who is at all interested in preventing government sanctioned torture from coming to his or her neighborhood?



If anyone needs help deciding if I am guilty of demanding that the game of politics must be made to remain transparent and fair at any attention-getting cost, they will have to decide that in court.



Let my accuser choose between meeting with me in court, or joining Michael Moore, Cindy Sheehan and I for a long overdue dialogue.



When the great terrorist comes charging at me, what will I be charged with?



Who will scuttle me away into the dark alley where the abomination of desolation begins?






What makes me worthy not to be tortured in some CIA prison, if I will not stand vehemently opposed to such evil? Will I stand up too late?

How long will the Bush Crime Family deny open dialogue on the implementation of justice and liberty in Iraq?

A Message for Bible Believers:



There is one thing that we do stand against, which is exercised by virtually all organized religions.



The Lamsa Peshitta (Aramaic version of the Holy Bible) deems it unnecessary to use differing words for the word ‘shelter’. See Revelation 18:2 You will notice that the entire chapter mentions Babylon’s adultery with the merchants of the earth seven times, in verses 3, 7, 9, 11, 15, 19, and 23.



Much work was involve in the writing of scriptures, and much thought was involved in their alterations. For the sake of deliverance, some people wrote riddles. For the sake of ensnarement, others rewrote and altered them, while others misinterpreted them.



It will ever remain our mission to incriminate religious leaders who partake of tax exemption, and use the lame excuse that it keeps government out of their affairs. For those who invoke the First Amendment to keep government out, while invoking the same amendment to control government, may they soon find their tax-exempt status revoked?



Let us demand that only secular charities remain tax-exempt, thereby limiting the possibility of political domination by religiously incorrect ideology. If governments were democratically required to put aside ten percent of flatly taxed income for charitable work, secular charities would not need the help of religious embezzlers.

Let Us Oppose the Vatican’s Marriage to a US Supreme Court Majority

I will apologize before proceeding with this commentary, so if you choose to read it, you can blame any resulting anger you might have on the lack of either a justifiable right to silence me, or a quick and fitly set reproof, otherwise it is intended to inspire constructive analysis of why popular leaders get assassinated while pushy politicians with religious agendas do all of the power pushing in Washington.


I will explain the differences I see between the individual and the collective body of politics. I will refer to collective organizations as creatures that thrive over periods of years and seem to move society into various unfriendly directions, and refer to corruptible individuals as the mediums that hold the reins of leadership.


Religious and Political Persecution


In 1788, the Holy Father Pope Pius VI dispatched an emissary to Paris to meet with Benjamin Franklin and ask him one short and simple question; “Would it be okay with President George Washington if the Pope named a bishop in the new land?” Since that was what the revolution in the colonies was all about - freedom, to include religious freedom - word came back from Washington telling the Pope he is welcome to appoint any bishop he wants for the United States.”


One hundred and seventy-two years later, Presidential Nominee John F. Kennedy gave a speech on September 12, 1960 to the Greater Houston Ministerial Association, countering assumptions that the Vatican would influence his Presidency or Government. Kennedy said, "I am not the Catholic candidate for President. I am the Democratic Party's candidate for President who happens also to be a Catholic. I do not speak for my Church on public matters - and the Church does not speak for me."

If the majority of US citizens were greatly saddened by the death of John F. Kennedy, and the Vatican had never publicly condemned his Presidency, while the Jewish people encouraged it, then we might assume that his Liberal-Democrat Catholic Presidential fate was met either by secret Conservative Republican Vatican interests or, for the sake of the Church, Conservative-Republican Protestant interests.


Speaking of leadership pressures, can five individual justices safely keep the Supreme Church out of the Supreme Court when they hold the very power to include Her? The five Supreme Court Justices, who are of the Catholic faith, know full well that it would be unwise of a Catholic judge to warrant the opposition of the Vatican, especially since they have been appointed for the remainder of their natural competent lives.


While the Supreme Court held a minority of Catholic Justices, Catholic Dogma was restrained from having the upper hand over dissenting votes.


Just one year after George Washington welcomed a Catholic bishop to the new world, the United States Constitution went into effect. Since that time of freedoms, while individuals were subjected to restricted speech and the Roman Church enjoyed free SPEECH and clarifying Her own FREEDOM, She appears about ready to reach a climax by conquering the Supreme Court of the United States.

With Conservative-Republican religious interests, are we about to see the resemblance of that beastly Papal image of yesteryear, when questions or suggestions were an affront to ecclesiastical authority and respect?


I think it would be wise to believe in a devil personified by devious and veiled humanity, which causes strife. Also, it would not hurt to recognize that so-called revealed religion prefers to reshape the concept of a devil into an unseen living entity that is bent on utter destruction than describe ‘him’ as a demon that scares the sheep into the large folds of morality-minded voters.


Because I more than just suspicious, I will say that I believe in the devil and hope to someday cut ‘him’ off at ‘his’ insidiously abominable root that chokes the flowers in the garden of free ideas stemming from free choice, free speech, free will, and the freedom to remain among the living who live and let live.


Remember Kennedy, and you might understand why his brother Ted is determined not to see a predominantly Catholic Supreme Court, especially when it comes to matters of civil liberties which conflict with Vatican morals.


By no means can one dictate policy while failing to demonstrate power of authority, and for obvious reasons. Dictators are not open to suggestions or answering unscripted questions amid public gatherings, much less telegraph where or whom they will strike next. Also, by inherent nature, a man like Kim Jong Il is bent on suppressing anything or anyone that might tarnish his image of power, authority and respect, by questioning or even suggesting public policy.


When the New World becomes the land of religious tyranny, let those who will remain willfully ignorant, swim out to the Statue of Liberty for shelter.


I say, watch out for those Conservative-Republicans. They will push anything through the courts that might not agree with the Constitution, or simply tailor the Constitution to suit their need to justify removing non-believers from high places of authority and supporting believers who run for office in other countries - like Stephen Harper’s Canada.

By not speaking out, or by suppressing others, we give power to the reign of cowards dressed in monster suits – we give life to ‘the beast’. From self-suppression (forehead) to the suppression of others (right hand), we all give life to the beast that gives life to tyranny and terrorism. I cannot sell this, as long as no one will buy it.


The terrorist gets pissed off because the mainstream media denies attention to his philosophy, while the governments slander his cause and label him a criminal – which only closes the door on his publicity until he snaps and bombs a marketplace. By virtue of ancient and supposedly divine presumptions that will not yield to reason, preachers broadcast religious hatred of innocent peoples and taunt them in the same way. They make scapegoats out of dissenters, which pisses them off even more – and understandably so.


The general population does not seem to possess the intelligence to reason that only reasoning together will help to end the destruction and hell of aggressive attention-getters.


I bet the ratings would soar through the roof if a television station put out the message that they will give Osama Bin Laden one hour of airtime to share his gripe with the world. Osama’s failure to speak would either demonstrate that he is not willing to give any reasons for his anger but behave as he has been accused, or that for some shady reason President Bush is afraid to allow that speech. This could be a step toward appeasement of grievances, but I will not hold my breath. The issue herein is too closely tied to the ultimate exorcism of church from state. You might say that Osama is going to inadvertently remove the veil of tyranny – like the one in the courtroom, which is trying Saddam Hussein.

All the wrong people live to rule, because greedy, power hungry and cruel people have no problem disposing of modest humble and kind people (i.e. Christ, Gandhi, JFK) who do not resort to violence or need a scapegoat to blame for the impediments of their visions.

With intimidating thoughts of NSA McCarthyism, Guantanamo, 5 out of 9 Catholic Supreme Court Justices, and one dead Liberal DEMOCRAT Catholic who dared to become President, right wing religiously masked individuals haven’t left us feeling very free to speak out. Don't we all just love the right wing and how she keeps us running in hell?

So all I will say is that if the Democratic contenders do not lose their façade and find a way to intercede, the Republican Senator Sam Brownback will be America’s next President, and the Vatican craftspeople will finally have in place their “yes” man. Soon after, as history repeats itself again, Protestant Christians and all the peoples that Robertson and Falwell have condemned will experience the next phase of persecution. This could happen in America, IF the Democrats do not devise a plan and act soon.

[Look, I just want to say here that when it comes right down to the essence of being, I believe that there are only two teams and that all humans are on one side or the other. Since the good ole USA provides only two political parties, I must side with the Democrats because their ‘live and let live’ philosophy is much more in tune with Christ’s sensitivities, whereas the Republicans are much more in tune with murderers like Moses or Paul.]

I hope that those who are not ignorant of the ramifications will be sure to publicly ask Brownback and every Catholic Presidential contender if they are willing to repeat what John F. Kennedy said;

“I am not the Catholic candidate for president. I am the Democratic Parties candidate who happens also to be Catholic. I do not speak for my church on public matters and the Church does not speak for me.”

Kennedy emphasized his strong beliefs in the separation of church and state. This is something that would disgust folks like Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson. They say that America is founded upon Judeo-Christian values, but I will suggest that maybe that is where the “sanctuary” (Constitution) was first polluted. Or maybe it was when Benjamin Franklin told the Vatican that they could “appoint a bishop to the new land”

Falwell and Robertson have done a fine job parlaying the Papacy into a position of renewed respect and power. They are false Protestants who have worked their entire lives to reinstate the Roman Church to her former “glory”, and now they are about to ride with the Great Harlot into the shadows of Hell and death.

There are definitely two teams of those who call themselves Christians, but they will be found within both Catholic and Protestant congregations. They are the good Samaritans who love the golden rule and walk through the flames to rescue the downtrodden and oppressed, and they are materially generous people-loving spirits. They defy doctrines that serve to stir up confusion, hatred, judgment, persecution and disregard for the division it causes. They are solid people who do not need to take the Fifth Amendment when asked to come reason.

This is the form that I see the Democratic Party having to take. It is the opposite of the repressive, restrictive garbage that the Republicans only seem to muster for the sake of the People. I will not switch sides to join what historically has been the ideology of every Reich.

The time is ripe for the Vatican plan to send the Pope into Jerusalem to stage a phony peace accord, and Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell will be right in there kissing his ass, but they will wait until their Catholic President is inaugurated.



Pope John Paul II was a Father of Democracy. His influence on crushing Communism will stand out prominently in his legacy.

John Paul was a proud enemy of Communism, as the Vatican and other such wealthy conglomerates do not fit into the picture of Communism. More to this, it has always been the Vatican’s stance that it is a matter of other system fitting in with them.

He wanted to establish worldwide democracies that would not impede the Church’s influence on regional governments. He knew, as we are coming to realize, that ultimately, subdued hell-fearing consciences have a difficult time separating their belief systems from their social policies. These are the majority of the flock that the Church needs, to vote in Her Justices and Law Makers and perfect Her worldwide

“Theocratic Democracy.”

[This is a term that false Protestant prophets like Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell cannot wait to use, as a replacement for “Religious Liberty”.]

Do not fool yourself. The Catholic Church has not become more American; the America that fled religious persecution has become more Catholic.

The Catholic Church cannot change its political machine, as this would openly negate Her theological heritage, which would be the end of Her credibility and influence and power and glory.

In 1788, the Holy Father Pope Pius VI dispatched an emissary to meet with Benjamin Franklin in Paris, and ask him one short and simple question; “Would it be okay with President George Washington if the Pope named a bishop in the new land?”


Since that was what the revolution in the colonies was all about - freedom, to include religious freedom - word came back from Washington telling the Pope he is welcome to appoint any bishop he wants for the United States.


One hundred and seventy-two years later, Presidential Nominee John F. Kennedy gave a speech on September 12, 1960 to the Greater Houston Ministerial Association, countering assumptions that the Vatican would influence his Presidency or Government. Kennedy said,


"I am not the Catholic candidate for President. I am the Democratic Party's candidate for President who happens also to be a Catholic. I do not speak for my Church on public matters - and the Church does not speak for me."


One of Kennedy’s official biographers later said, “He knocked religion out of the campaign as an intellectually respectable issue.”


On January 20, 1961, John F. Kennedy moved into the Whitehouse, but after two years and ten months, on November 22, 1963 the incredibly popular Liberal-Democrat Catholic President was assassinated.


If the majority of US citizens were greatly saddened by the death of John F. Kennedy, and the Vatican had never publicly condemned his Presidency, while the Jewish people encouraged it, then we might assume that his Liberal-Democrat Catholic Presidential fate was met either by secret Conservative Republican Vatican interests or, for the sake of the Church, Conservative-Republican Protestant interests.


Speaking of leadership pressures, can five individual justices safely keep the Supreme Church out of the Supreme Court when they hold the very power to include Her? The five Supreme Court Justices, who are of the Catholic faith, know full well that it would be unwise of a Catholic judge to warrant the opposition of the Vatican, especially since they have been appointed for the remainder of their natural competent lives.


While the Supreme Court held a minority of Catholic Justices, that upper hand restrained the possibility that Catholic Dogma could have the upper hand over dissenting votes.


Just one year after George Washington welcomed a Catholic bishop to the new world, the United States Constitution went into effect. Since that time of freedoms, while certain individuals exorcised free speech and the Roman Church exercised FREE SPEECH and clarified Her own FREEDOM, She now appears about ready to reach a climax by conquering the Supreme Court of the United States.
