atmosfera tesissima questa mattina, il benvenuto lo danno carabinieri e polizia in antisommossa già in piazza de ferrari e poi negli isolati intorno al tribunale.
davanti al tribunale erano presenti decine di digos, di diverse città.
durante l'udienza intervengono anche pesantemente nei confronti di chi si trova davanti all'aula. in particolare a far la voce grossa sono gli sbirri guardie del corpo della canepa che tentano di togliere il cappello dalla testa di un attivista.
all'uscita, durante la pausa del collegio per la decisione della sentenza, ci siamo allontanati per mangiare.
notiamo subito di essere seguiti da oltre dieci digos e all'uscita si forma una lunghissima fila di oltre 30 sbirri che dopo un isolato ci bloccano contro le vetrate del mac donald e ci intimano di salire sulle macchine per andare in questura.
cercano anche di non farci contattare gli avvocati, si tiene la posizione grazie all'intervento le militanti e i militanti presenti in aula e arrivano gli avvocati.
veniamo portati in tribunale e procedono al sequestro.
in realtà la denuncia è contro ignoti e il sequestro è su di una supposizione che su quelle macchine risiedano le informazioni.

High tension this morning, as we were welcomed by the carabinieri and police wearing anti-riot gear in Pza. de Ferrari and then around the area of the courthouse. In front of the court there were dozens of digos (italian undercover political police) from various cities.
During the hearing they harshly intervened against those in front of the hearing room, particularly when the cops guarding Canepa (prosecutor) tried to remove a hat from the head of an activist.
On the way out, during the break for the panel of judges for the decision of the sentence, we went away to eat.
We immediately noticed that we were being followed by more than 10 digos and on the way out a line of more than 30 cops formed, stopping us after a block against the McDonald's windows and ordering us to get in the car to go to the questura (police headquarters).
They also tried to stop us from calling the lawyers, we resisted thanks to the intervention of the activists in front of the court who immediately arrived. The lawyers also managed to come.
We were taken to the court and the computer seizure took place.
The papers relating to the seizure indicate that that the computers were being seized because of charges against unspecified people, and that it was believed relevant information would be found on the computers.

heute früh extrem gespannte atmosphäre, die begrüßung erfolgt durch carabinieri und polizei in kampfanzug schon auf der piazza de’ ferrari und dann um die häuserblöcke die das gericht säumen. Vor dem gerichtsgebäude waren dutzende digos-leute anwesend, die aus mehreren städten kamen. während der verhandlung greifen diese auch gegenüber von leuten ein, die bereits vor dem saal waren. insbesondere sind es die begleitschutzbullen der canepa, die sich besonders heftig aufführen und versuchen, einem aktivisten den hut abzunehmen. während einer pause des richterkollegiums, das sich über das urteil beraten wollte, sind wir zum ausgang und von da aus losgegangen, um etwas essen zu gehen. wir merken sofort, dass uns über zehn digos folgen, am ausgang bildet sich eine ganz lange reihe von über 30 bullen, die uns nach einem häuserblock gegen die scheiben eines mc donald’s festsetzen und uns anweisen, in die autos zu steigen, um ihnen aufs präsidium zu folgen. sie versuchen auch, uns nicht die anwälte kontaktieren zu lassen, man hält die stellung dank dem eingreifen der aktivisten und aktivistinnen, die im saal anwesend waren und die anwälte treffen ein. wir werden in das gerichtsgebäude gebracht, wo man die beschlagnahme durchgeführt hat. die anzeige ist in wahrheit gegen unbekannt und die beschlagnahme beruht auf der vermutung, dass sich die informationen auf diesen rechnern befinden.

Haute tension ce matin, quand nous fûmes acceuillis par des carabiniers et policiers anti-émeute sur la place de Ferrari, puis aux environs du tribunal. En face du tribunal se trouvaient des dizaines de DIGOS (politique politique italienne en civil) de diverses villes. Pendant le procès, ceux-ci sont brusquement intervenus contre les personnes se trouvant devant la salle d'audience, en particulier lorsque les flics gardant Canepa (le procureur) ont essayé d'arracher le chapeau d'un activiste. À la sortie, pendant la pause & délibération des juges, nous sommes partis manger. Nous avons aussitôt remarqué que nous étions suivis par plus de 10 digos. Une ligne de plus de 30 flics s'est formée une rue plus loin, pour nous arrêter contre la vitre d'un McDonald's et nous ordonner d'entrer dans leur véhicule afin d'aller au quartier général de la police. Ils ont aussi essayé de nous empêcher d'appeler les avocats. Grâce à l'intervention immédiate des militant-e-s se trouvant devant le tribunal, nous avons pu leur résister. Les avocats sont également parvenus à venir. Nous avons été emmenés au tribunal, et la saisie des ordinateurs a alors eu lieu. Les documents relatifs à la saisie indiquent que celle-ci était motivée par des plaintes contre X, et que ces ordinateurs étaient soupçonnés de contenir des informations pertinentes relatives à cette affaire.
