I TERRORISTI SONO LORO

Oggi, martedì 17/7, all'alba, DIGOS e polizia di Padova hanno perquisito le abitazioni di tre compagni comunisti e il Centro Popolare Occupato GRAMIGNA a norma dell'art. 41 T.U.L.P.S. che dà mano libera agli sgherri di regime
di intervenire senza il mandato della Magistratura con la scusa della ricerca di armi, esplosivi e munizioni.
Questa operazione si inserisce in quella più ampia che a livello nazionale, in questi giorni, colpisce tutti coloro che vengono ritenuti "sovversivi" attraverso fermi, perquisizioni, fogli di via, diffide ad entrare a Genova.
Il tentativo messo in atto è quello di criminalizzare coloro che, all'interno del movimento contro il G8, si oppongono alla direzione revisionista che afferma la possibilità di costruire delle alternative all'interno della società attuale, modificando le decisioni dei potenti e dei loro organismi attraverso il dialogo su contro-proposte del movimento.
Il loro obiettivo è quello di impedire la partecipazione alle manifestazioni di Genova da parte di quella parte del movimento che pensa che l'imperialismo non ha bisogno di riforme o modifiche, ma di essere abbattuto da una nuova ondata rivoluzionaria.
Per questo, colpiscono tutte le aree che hanno posizioni concretamente antagoniste e tutte le avanguardie comuniste che si impegnano nel lavoro di ricostruzione del partito comunista in Italia.

MA I VIOLENTI SONO LORO!!!

Genova è completamente assediata dalle forze militari per proteggere i veri terroristi del G8, USA in testa, promotori di sanguinose guerre di rapina, di repressione brutale contro le guerre popolari e di liberazione dei popoli oppressi, dell'attacco alla classe operaia e ai lavoratori,
dell'impoverimento delle masse popolari, della devastazione dell'ambiente.

Tnt - Napoli, anche qui brutto risveglio.

Stamattina a orario indecente (6.30) le forze dell'ordine si sono presentate al TNT di Napoli per non essere da meno con l'ondata di perquisizioni pre-genovesi. Viste le condizioni (considerevole numero di agenti e manifesta non intenzione di sgomberare) è stato consentito l'ingresso nello stabile e la sua perquisizione, che ha portato al sequestro del solito
materiale da costruzione e alcuni volantini. Particolarmente apprezzata la biblioteca. Modi civili.
Alcuni occupanti sono ancora in questura per la firma dei verbali. Sembra evidente che le perquisizioni riguardano tutto il territorio nazionale, i distratti tengano presente.

La polizia si e' presentata poco fa al CSOA Pinelli e al campo sportivo Sciorba che accoglie molti compagni provenienti da fuori Genova.

Perquisa a firenze.

è tuttora in corso la perquisizione della casa occupata 425 in Via Reginaldo Giuliani.
Al momento si trovano in casa quattro compagni anarchici. Gli sbirri, nonostante la dichiarata volontà degli occupanti di aprire la porta, l'hanno sfondata irrompendo nell'appartamento intorno alle 8.00.
Non si riesce a capire se ci sia anche la possibilità di uno sgombero. per ora è tutto.

REAL TERRORISTS ARE THEM

Today, tuesday 17th of July, police serached three homes of communist comrades and the Popular Occupied center Gramigns, according to article 4 of T.U.L.P.S. that allows them to act without judge permission.
This operation is just one part of a bigger operation conducted all around Italy that in these days is hitting all of those considered "subversives" .
They're trying to to criminalize all of those parts of the movement againstG8 that try to oppose to power directions.
They try to avoid that people like us, who think that imperialism must be destroyed and not reformed by a new revolutionary wave, in taking part in Genoa demonstrations.
for all these reasons they hit all those parts of the movement bringing real revolutionary ideas and all communists working about the reconstruction of Italian Communist Party.
But real violents are them!!

Genoa is completely occupied by military forces to protect the real G8 terrorists, USA being the first of them, promoters of bloody wars, promoters of brutal repression against guerrilla and liberation wars.

Let us not being scared of their attacks!!!

TNT IN NAPOLI: HERE TOO A BAD AWAKENING
This morning, at a ridicolous time, police arrived at TNT social center. Considering the conditions 8great number of policemen and a clear intentions of eviction) the entrance and the search were allowed by persons in the building. The search concluded with the as usual requisition of some flyers and some building material. The library was particularly appreciated. Civilized attitude.
some occupants are still in police central to sign the forms; It seems evident that the search concern all Italy, for all of you a little bit distracted.

Genoa: search in Pinelli social center.

Police showed up a little while ago at social center "Pinelli" and at Sciorba stadium , hosting many foreigner anarchists.
all people that were there at that time were identified. Pinelli social center was searched. Right now police is still there.

The search of "4252 occupied house is still going on right now,. At the moment in the house there are four anarchists. Even though occupants declared to be willing to open the door, cops entered the building crashing the door, at around 8 am.
It is not clear whether there is also the risk of eviction- for now it's all.
