But first of all the president had to answer to the application about the exclusion of some (all) civil plaintiffs, submitted during the previous hearing by the defense: the judge decided to accept just the exclusion of some civil plaintiffs, who were in both schools, of a civil plaintiff who couldn't prove his actual presence at the Diaz Schoo, of some civil plaintiffs regarding the carriage of war weapons (molotov-cocktails put at Diaz School by some cops;this action is topic of the trial). Moreover,the judge rejected the application of exclusion of a raid's victim's mother and general applications by lawyer Mascia.
After that, there was an about-two-hour waste of time discussing about the presence of consultants in the court and in the end the judge decided not to admit consultants during the closed session. When the public prosecutor's memoir was about being discussed, the civil plaintiffs' lawyers submitted an application to summon as civil responsible the minister of home affairs, while the cops defense lawyers expressed objection to this.
After she was in the jury room for the closed session,the judge decided to admit the summon and to postpone the hearing to september to allow the office action to the civil responsible and further legal actions. This brought some chaos, because the defense wanted to acquery the indictment during the last hearing before summer holidays, which was impossible after the judge's decision on the summon of the civil responsible.
