Solidarietà con tutti i prigionieri in lotta Giornata internazionale di solidarietà il 29 Settembre 2007

In carcere, il tempo è desiderio. È un'attesa. Un attendere che qualcosa rompa l'attesa. È attesa per la vita. Qualcosa che ti faccia sentire. Qualcosa che ti possa ispirare. Qualcosa che ti porti un passo più avanti a dispetto della strascinata routine, a dispetto dell'ambiente morto. È un'attesa ed una ricerca di una conferma di essere umani, lì dove il carcere cerca di distruggerti, cerca di soggiocarti... cerca di reinserirti. È lì dove senti le loro menzogne e la loro ipocrisia tagliare da parte a parte la tua impotenza. È lì dove il sipario dello spettacolo cala e il manganello diventa tangibile. Il manganello che tutti conosciamo ma non sempre vediamo o vogliamo vedere.

Già da più di 20 anni, Josè e Gabriel si trovano faccia a faccia con questa violenza e ora già da più di 3 anni in Germania. Ora sono quasi 2 anni che le condanne, rispettivamente di 14 e 13 anni, sono state emesse. Lunghe condanne per una fuga da una carcerazione ancora più lunga con una breve presa di ostaggi durante un confronto con la polizia. Entrambi fuggirono un paio di mesi prima, dopo una carcerazione di 20 anni nei gulag dello Stato spagnolo. Entrambi volevano essre liberi ed infine continuare fuori la lotta che stavano combattendo dentro. Entrambi sono stati coerenti con la lotta anarchica ed i suoi principi, a dispetto degli anni passati rinchiusi nell'infame regime d'isolamento F.I.E.S., e per questo devono pagare con altro carcere, ora in Germania. certamente i giudici non hanno ascoltato il loro passato, lo hanno solamente usato come argomento contro di loro. Sono stati giudicati colpevoli perchè sono anarchici e non possiamo dimenticarlo.

Nel frattempo sono sotto un regime di controllo permanente. Josè è già passato attraverso 4 carceri e spesso deve sottostare a misure restrittive.dopo una serie di contrasti con le autorità del carcere, per 4 mesi, può ricevere visite solamente dietro un vetro. Si pensa che in origine questo fosse per 3 mesi, poi lo hanno trovato con della cannabis dopo una visita. Recentemente tuttavia, questa è stata trasformata in una "misura di sicurezza" permanente. Josè rifiuta di ricevere visite dietro un vetro. Azioni legali sono state intraprese contro questa misura ma possono trascinarsi per parecchio tempo. La situazione di Gabriel è simile. Egli descrive il suo regime come "... simile al FIES (e per certi versi peggiore)".

Noi chiamiamo per una mobilitazione internazionale in solidarietà con Josè e Gabriel e con tutti i prigionieri in lotta. Il 29 Settembre ci sono manifestazioni organizzate fuori le carceri di Rheinbach e Aachen in Germania (maggiori informazioni più avanti). Noi ci rivolgiamo ad ognuno per essere presente, ma la decisione è dei compagni nella strada di esprimere la propria solidarietà nel modo che ritengono opportuno. Non possiamo dimenticare i nostri detenuti. Possiamo avere le nostre differenze ma non dovremmo mai scordare ciò che sosteniamo. Contro la reclusione e l'esclusione. Per la solidarietà internazionale. Per l'anarchia.

Call for an international mobilisation in solidarity with José and Gabriel
Solidarity with all prisoners in struggle International day of solidarity on the 29th of September 2007

In prison, time is desire. It is a waiting. A waiting for something that breaks through the waiting. It is waiting for life. Something that makes you feel. Something that might inspire you. Something that takes you a step further in spite of the dragging routine, in spite of the dead environment. It is a waiting and a looking for a confirmation of being human, there where prison tries to destroy you, tries to subjugate you... tries to resocialize you. It’s there where you feel their lies and hypocrisy cutting through your impotence. It’s there where the curtain of the spectacle falls and the truncheon becomes tangible. The truncheon we all know but do not always see or want to see.

Already, more than 20 years, Jose and Gabriel stand face to face with this violence and now already more than 3 years in Germany. It’s now almost 2 years ago that the sentences of respectively, 14 and 13 years, were declared. Long sentences for an escape from yet more imprisonment by briefly taking hostages during a confrontation with the police. Both escaped a couple of months before after an imprisonment of 20 years in the gulag of the Spanish state. Both wanted to be free and finally continue the struggle outside that they have been fighting inside. Both stayed true to the anarchist struggle and its principles in spite of years of being locked up in the infamous FIES isolation regime and for that they have to pay with more prison, now in Germany. Of course the judges didn't listen to their past, they only used it as an argument against them. They were convicted because they are anarchists and we can't forget that.

In the meantime they're under a regime of permanent control. Jose already went through 4 prisons and often has to undergo restrictive measures. After a series of conflicts with the prison authorities, for 4 months, he can only get visits behind glass. This was originally supposed to be for 3 months, after they found him with cannabis after a visit. Recently though, this turned into a permanent “security measure”. Jose refuses to accept visits behind glass. Judicial steps were taken against this measure but these can drag on for a while. Gabriels situation is similar. He describes his regime as “...similar to FIES (and in some perspectives even worse).”

We call for an international mobilisation in solidarity with Jose and Gabriel and with all prisoners in struggle. The 29th of September there are demonstrations planned at the prisons of Rheinbach and Aachen in Germany (more information later). We call on everyone to be present, but it’s the decision of the comrades in the street to express their solidarity as they see fit. We can’t forget our prisoners. We can have our differences but should never forget what we stand for. Against seclusion and exclusion. For international solidarity.
For anarchy.

En prison le temps est désir. On y attend. On attend quelque chose qui brisera l'attente. On attend de pouvoir vivre. Quelque chose qui nous apporte des sensations. Quelque chose qui nous inspire. Quelque chose qui nous porte plus loin malgré la routine qui se traîne, malgré l'entourage mortel. C'est attendre et chercher la confirmation qu'on est un être humain, là où la prison voudrait nous détruire, nous soumettre, nous resocialiser. C'est là où, face à leurs mensonges et leur hypocrisie, on ressent notre impuissance au plus profond de nous-mêmes. C'est là que le voile du spectacle tombe et que la matraque devient tangible. Cette matraque que l'on connaît tous mais que nous ne voyons ou ne voulons pas toujours voir.

Voilà plus de 20 ans que José et Gabriel se trouvent face à cette violence, dont plus de 3 ans passés en Allemagne. Cela fait presque 2 ans que les peines respectives de 14 et 13 ans ont été prononcées. De lourdes peines pour une fuite de davantage de détention par une prise d’otages passagère durant une poursuite avec la police. Quelques mois avant, après 20 ans de détention dans les cachots de l'état espagnol, ils avaient fui lors d'une permission. Ils voulaient tous deux être libres et enfin poursuivre la lutte qu'ils avaient menée à l'intérieur. Ils sont restés fidèles à la lutte anarchiste et à ses principes, malgré une détention de plusieurs années dans le sinistre régime d'isolation FIES. Ils doivent à présent payer encore plus d'années de prison, cette fois-ci dans l'Etat allemand. Les juges n'ont évidemment pas écouté leur histoire, ils ne l'emploient que comme argument à leur encontre. Ils ont été sanctionnés parce qu'ils sont anarchistes et ça, nous ne pouvons pas l'oublier.

Depuis, ils endurent un régime de contrôle permanent. José est passé par 4 prisons et doit régulièrement subir de sévères mesures. Après une série de brimades et de conflits avec la direction pénitentiaire, il est privé de parloir depuis trois mois. Il s'agissait à la base d' une mesure de trois mois prise après qu'on l' ait trouvé en possession de haschisch après une visite. Cette mesure a été instaurée comme « mesure de sécurité » permanente par la direction. José refuse de recevoir des visites derrière une vitre. Des procédures judiciaires ont été entreprises, mais la situation peut durer longtemps. Pour Gabriel la détention se déroule de manière similaire. Il décrit son régime comm « ressemblant au FIES (et à certains égards c'est même pire) ».

Nous appelons à une mobilisation internationale en solidarité avec José et Gabriel et avec tous les autres prisonniers en lutte. Le 29 septembre une manifestation est prévue aux prisons de Rheinbach et de Aachen en Allemagne (plus d'infos viendront par la suite). Nous appelons à y être présents, mais ce sera aux compagnons dans la rue à exprimer leur solidarité de la manière qu'ils estiment la plus adéquate. Nous ne pouvons pas oublier nos prisonniers. Nous avons nos différences mais nous ne pouvons pas oublier pourquoi nous luttons. Contre l'emprisonnement et l'exclusion.

Llamada a la movilización internacional en solidaridad con Jose y Gabriel. Solidaridad con l@s pres@s en lucha. Día internacional de solidaridad el 29 de septiembre de 2007.

En prisión, tiempo es deseo. Es espera. La espera de algo que rompa la espera. Es la espera de vivir. Algo que te haga sentir. Algo que pueda inspirarte. Algo que te lleve un paso más allá frente a la pesada rutina, frente al ambiente de muerte. Es la espera y la búsqueda de la confirmación de ser humano lo que la prisión trata de destruir, de subyugar... trata de resocializar. Es ahí donde sientes sus mentiras y su hipocresía cortándote a través de la impotencia. Es ahí donde cae el telón del espectáculo y el garrote se vuelve tangible. El garrote que tod@s nosotr@s conocemos pero que no siempre vemos o queremos ver.

Hace ya más de 20 años que Jose y Gabriel se enfrentan cara a cara a ésta violencia y desde hace ya más de tres años en Alemania. Hace ya casi dos años que sus respectivas sentencias, 14 y 13 años, fueron declaradas. Largas sentencias por darse a la fuga y cometer breves secuestros durante el enfrentamiento con la policía. Ambos habían huido algunos meses antes -aprovechando un permiso- tras pasar 20 años en los gulags del Estado Español. Gabriel y Jose querían ser libres para continuar fuera la lucha que estaban desarrollando dentro. Ambos se mantuvieron coherentes con la lucha anarquista y sus principios, incluso tras pasar años encerrados en el infame régimen de aislamiento FIES y por eso tienen que pagar, en Alemania ahora, más años de cárcel. Por supuesto, los jueces no escucharon su pasado, sólo lo utilizaron como argumento contra ellos. Gabriel y Jose fueron encerrados por ser anarquistas y no podemos olvidar eso.

Actualmente se encuentran bajo un régimen de control permanente. Jose ya ha pasado por 4 cárceles y suelen tenerle bajo medidas restrictivas, lo cual genera conflictos con las diferentes autoridades de la prisión. Una de éstas medidas es que desde hace 5 meses sólo puede recibir visitas a través de cristal, debido a que le encontraron hachís después de una visita. Ésta medida que se suponía que en principio duraría tres meses por considerarse una sanción, en la actualidad es una medida de seguridad permanente. Por ello, Jose está rechazando tener visitas de esa manera. Se han interpuesto denuncias judiciales contra esta medida, pero la respuesta por parte de los tribunales conlleva mucho tiempo. La situación de Gabriel es parecida. Él describe este régimen como “(...) parecido al FIES - y en algunas cosas incluso peor -”.

Llamamos a la movilización internacional en solidaridad con Jose, Gabriel y con l@s pres@s en lucha. El 29 de septiembre hay planeadas manifestaciones a las prisiones de Aachen y Rheinbach en Alemania –se dará más información según se vaya acercando la fecha-. Llamamos a todo el mundo a estar presente, siendo l@s compañer@s en la calle l@s que decidan cómo mostrar ésa solidaridad. No podemos olvidar a nuestr@s pres@s. Podemos tener nuestras diferencias pero no podemos olvidar por qué luchamos. Contra el aislamiento y la exclusión. Por la solidaridad internacional. Por la anarquía.

Aufruf zur internationalen Mobilisation in Solidarität mit José und Gabriel Solidarität mit allen kämpfenden Gefangenen Internationaler Solidaritätstag am 29. September 2007

Im Knast ist Zeit Sehnsucht. Es ist Warten. Warten auf etwas, daβ das Warten durchbricht. Es ist warten auf Leben... Etwas das dich fühlen lässt. Etwas das dich inspiriert. Etwas das dich weiter bringt trotz der schleichende Routine, trotz der toten Umgebung. Es ist Warten und Suchen nach einer Bestätigung deines Mensch-Sein, da wo der Knast dich zerstören will, dich unterwerfen will,... dich resozialisieren will. Es ist da wo ihre Lügen und Heuchlereien die Ohnmacht durchdringen. Es ist da, wo der Vorhang des Spektakels fällt und der Schlagstock spürbar wird. Den Schlagstock den wir alle kennen aber nicht immer sehen oder sehen wollen.

Mehr als 20 Jahre stehen José und Gabriel schon Auge in Auge mit dieser Gewalt, davon mehr als 3 Jahre in Deutschland. Es sind jetzt fast 2 Jahre her, daβ die Strafen von 14 bzw. 13 Jahren ausgesprochen wurden. Harte Strafen für eine kurzzeitige Geiselnahme während einer Verfolgungsjagd durch die Polizei, auf der Flucht vor mehr Gefangenschaft. Die Zwei waren ein paar Monate vorher nach 20 Jahren Spanischen Knast während eines Knasturlaubs geflüchtet. Sie wollten frei sein um endlich den Kampf drauβen fortzusetzen. Trotz der erlebten Jahre in dem infamen FIES Isolationsregime sind sie dem anarchistischen Kampf und seinen Prinzipien treu geblieben und müssen dafür jetzt mit noch mehr Knast in Deutschland büβen. Natürlich interessierten sich die Richter für die Geschichte von José und Gabriel nur, um sie gegen sie zu benutzen. José und Gabriel wurden bestraft weil sie Anarchisten sind und das werden wir nicht vergessen.

Inzwischen unterliegen sie einem Regime von permanenter Kontrolle. José war seit seiner Festnahme in Deutschland in 4 verschiedenen Knästen regelmäβ ig verschärften Maβnahmen ausgesetzt. Nach einer Serie von Schikanen und Konflikten mit der Knastdirektion darf er seit 4 Monaten nur Besuch mit Trennscheibe haben. Was zuerst als eine Strafmaβ nahme für 3 Monate wegen Haschischfund begründet wurde, erhielt jetzt den Begriff der permanenten Sicherheitsma& #946;nahme. José weigert sich nun Besuch zu bekommen, solange die Trennscheibe da ist. Gegen diese Sicherheitsma& #946;nahme wird juristisch angegangen, aber das kann lange dauern. Für Gabriel ist die Situation ähnlich. Er beschreibt das so: “...es ist ähnlich wie FIES (und in einigen Punkten selbst schlimmer).”

Wir rufen zu einer internationalen Mobilisierung in Solidarität mit José und Gabriel und allen kämpfenden Gefangenen auf. Am 29. September wird es vor den Knästen in Rheinbach und Aachen eine Kundgebung geben (mehr Informationen später). Wir rufen euch auf hinzukommen oder eure Solidarität mit den inhaftierten Genossen auf andere Art auf die Straβe zu tragen. Unsere Gefangene dürfen nicht vergessen werden. Auch wenn wir Unterschiede haben, dürfen wir nicht vergessen, wofür wir stehen. Gegen Gefangenschaft und Ausgrenzung. Für die internationale Solidarität. Für die Anarchie.
