Comunicato sugli arresti di Bologna

NOTTE DI ORDINARIA DEMOCRAZIA.
ARRESTATI\E E PICCHIATI\E 5 COMPAGNI\E

Questa mattina, sabato 13 ottobre, verso le 04.00, in P.zza Verdi a bologna, nell’indifferenza generale, una ragazza viene fermata e, poiché il suo atteggiamento viene giudicato “anormale”, solerti tutori dell’ordine decidono di riservarle il Trattamento Sanitario Obbligatorio.

Alcuni individui solidali decidono di manifestare il proprio sdegno cercando di ostacolare l’intervento, ma di fronte a questo la polizia risponde con le proprie armi, le manganellate si sprecano e spuntano anche
le pistole. La breve fuga termina in via S. Vitale dove gli agenti di ben sei pattuglie si accaniscono schiumanti sui ragazzi ammanettati tanto da svegliare alcuni residenti che, rei d’aver espresso verbalmente la loro
indignazione, rischiano a loro volta l’arresto.

Le accuse per i cinque sono pesanti: rapina pluriaggravata (gli sbirri hanno perso le manette), danneggiamento (di un’auto sulla quale una ragazza è stata caricata) e resistenza. Sono in stato d’arresto e sono stati tradotti tutti al carcere della Dozza.

Conosciamo bene quali sono i reali crimini dei nostri amici e compagni, quello di aver scelto con coraggio di opporsi ad un mondo di legale violenza in cui delega e rassegnazione strisciano conniventi con repressione e sfruttamento.

Agli arrestati va la nostra totale solidarietà ed il nostro affetto consci che lottare, opporsi ed alzare la testa è l’unica strada percorribile per non essere complici del silenzio imposto da una società assassina.

ANARCHIST STOPPED IN BOLOGNA (ITALY) GUILT FOR THEIR OPPOSITION TO OBLIGATORY SANITARY TREATMENT

The short escape finishes in via S. Vitale where the agents of six patrols rage themselves on the handcuffed boys.
The noises waked up some residents who, guilty to have express theirs indignation, risks to turns to get arrested.

The accusations for the five are heavy: robbing (the police have lost the throttles), damaging (of an car on which a girl has been loaded) and resistance. They are in detention and have been moved all to the jail of the Dozza.

A witness has contacted Blackout Radio (Torino) in order to tell in direct as the facts have been carried out truly: he confirmed the violence from the agents to the 5 boy and about the thesis of the theft of the throttles: the agent had lost them!

The girl that they wanted to emprison in psychiatry did not did not have store clerk some crime, therefore it was a its inalienable right to refuse to go up on the ambulance that would have lead her to the clinics of the chemical lobotomy.

The next day some people were stopped while they were lefting some written on the walls of the university zone. They are still waiting for judgement

We know which well are the real crimes of our friends and companions, that one to have chosen with courage the opposition to a world of legal violence, delegation, giving up, repression and exploitation.

To the arrested goes our total solidarity and our affection. Conscious that fighting,make opposition and to raise the head is the only percorribile road in order not to be accomplices of the silence of this murdering society.

Esta mañana, sábado 13 de octubre, sobre las 4, en Plaza Verdi en Bologna (Italia), entre la indiferencia general, una chica ha sido parada y, como su actitud ha sido juzgada “anormal”, diligentes tutores del orden deciden de reservarle el Tratamiento Sanitario Obligado (TSO).

Algunos individuos solidales deciden de manifiestar su desdén tratando obstacular el interviento, pero frente a esto la policia contesta con sus armas, con abundantes golpes de porra, y aparecen hasta las pistolas. La breve huida termina en Via S.Vitale, donde los policías de seis patrullas se encarnizan sobre los chicos esposados hasta despertar algunos residentes que, culpables por haber expresado en palabras su indignación, riesgan a su vez la detención.

Las acusaciones por los cinco son pesadas: atraco agravado (los esbirros han perdidos las esposas), perjuicio (de un coche sobre el cual la chica ha sido cargada) y resistencia. Están en estado de firme y han sido todos llevados a la carcel de la Dozza.

Conocemos muy bien cuales son los reales crímenes de nuestros amigos y compañeros, el de haber decidido con valor de oponerse a un mundo de violencia legal donde delegación y resignación se arrastran cómplices con represión y explotación.

A los presos va nuestra total solidaridad y nuestro cariño, conscientes que luchar, oponerse y levantar la cabeza es la única vía posible para no ser cómplices del silencio impuesto por una sociedad asesina.
