Sono passati quasi due anni e pure a distanza di tempo la repressione continua a colpire 
chi, da mesi e anni lotta nel proprio quartiere e nel proprio territorio. Stavolta è accaduto a Chiaiano ai danni di alcuni compagni che hanno duramente lottato affinchè il loro quartiere non fosse circondato da rifiuti distruggendo l’ambiente e rovinando l’aria che respira la gente di questo quartiere. Accusati di essere addirittura “cammorristi”, “sovversivi” e “terroristi”, questi compagni stanno facendo i conti con una giustizia che non vede gli sforzi e le lotte sociali messe in campo da anni oramai. La resistenza di Chiaiano non si condanna!
