Arriva il giorno in cui precar*, student* e famiglie in difficoltà si riappropriano di un proprio diritto,il diritto ad un’esistenza libera
dalla stretta assillante dell’affitto e dall’opprimente asfissia di un mutuo pluriventennale (per quell* a cui il mutuo è concesso), libera dall’insopportabile necessità di “arrangiarsi” in molte persone in pochi metri quadri.
Quinta occupazione partenopea a scopo abitativo a firma Magnammece ‘o Pesone, un percorso di lotta che vede ormai da qualche anno napoletan* e non autorganizzarsi per smascherare ed occupare gli innumerevoli edifici abbandonati da privati ed istituzioni che dopo anni di completo disinteresse puntualmente compaiono sul luogo del “misfatto” reclamando proprietà o sottolineando l’inagibilità di quei luoghi resi inutilizzabili dal completo abbandono.
Così come nel resto d’Italia dopo anni ed anni d’emergenza abitativa le persone sono ormai stanche di aspettare infinite liste d’attesa per gli alloggi popolari…
Circa 50 persone (10 nuclei familiari e una decina di singol*) hanno occupato stamane uno stabile nel cuore del quartiere Materdei in Salita San Raffaele al centro di Napoli,
edificio abbandonato da ormai nove anni con l’ennesima promessa (non mantenuta)
di utilizzare la struttura a scopo sociale, in questo caso come centro d’accoglienza per anziani.

“Due ore di assedio, tanto è durato il tentato sgombero della nuova occupazione della campagna magnammece o pesone con nove famiglie e altri 14 giovani precari e disoccupati a Materdei. Un palazzo in Salita San Raffaele 20, che fu donato all’ASL napoli centro col vincolo di aprirvi una casa per anziani e che da oltre un decennio è la barzelletta amara del quartiere: periodicamente ne viene annunciata l’apertura, ma è solo l’occasione per spendere un pò di denaro pubblico per lavori che poi vengono puntualmente interrotti. Per non parlare degli oltre diecimila euro che vengono pagati dai soldi pubblici ogni mese per la società di vigilanza privata che da un decennio, 24 ore al giorno, fa la guardia al bidone di un palazzo vuoto!!
Sarà per questo che, dopo aver cambiato versione dei fatti piu volte nella giornata, il direttore generale dell’ASL esposito ha preteso uno sgombero immediato… e la Questura ha eseguito o almeno tentato di farlo.
Dal primo pomeriggio la digos è venuta in pressione sull’occupazione, alle 19 hanno fatto la loro comparsa sulla scena i reparti celere e quasi subito, dopo i rituali tre annunci è partito il tentativo di fare irruzione nella struttura. Per quasi due ore la polizia ha cercato di aprire i cancelli o di fare irruzione da altri ingressi laterali senza riuscirci dopo aver spostato con la forza le persone che si frapponevano all’esterno del cancello.
Se l’operazione non è riuscita è stato senz’altro per la rabbia e la determinazione di tanti occupanti che hanno scelto di rischiare mettendo addirittura le dita e i piedi davanti all’uso delle tronchesi e dei flex dei pompieri e soprattutto per l’apporto crescente di persone in strada in solidarietà agli occupanti. Anche tante famiglie del quartiere e di Salita San Raffaele in particolare sono intervenute a partire dalle donne che sono salite sulle auto per contestare con forza l’intervento della polizia.
Un assedio francamente ossessivo e insensato, che metteva in grande tensione i minori presenti nella struttura e costringeva una donna al sesto mese di gravidanza a ricorrere all’intervento dell’ambulanza.
Alla fine la Questura ha desistito decretando una strana tregua che non sappiamo fino a quando reggerà.
Gli occupanti invece hanno le idee chiare:
– Fare chiarezza sugli imbrogli dell’ASL e sui suoi presunti progetti;
– Qualunque soluzione in loco o alternativa deve passare per il soddisfacimento del diritto all’abitare delle persone coinvolte.”
