Saronno - Comunicato sullo sgombero del TeLOS [it - en - fr]

SULLO SGOMBERO DEL TELOS

Sul perchè
Diciamolo subito e chiaramente: che uno spazio occupato e non chiuso su se stesso ma rivolto in fuori, deciso a mettere i bastoni tra le ruote a chi aspira alla città dormitorio, alla città movida etc sia stato sgomberato non è certamente qualcosa di cui scandalizzarsi. Se ci scandalizziamo è per la mole di solidarietà arrivataci in faccia in nemmeno un giorno dallo sgombero.
Il motivo dello sgombero è di ordine pubblico: la proprietà non sa che farsene dello stabile, non ha progetti se non fumosi ed ipotetici siti commerciali, strade e idee varie ed eventuali.
E anche qui a ben vedere abbiamo poco di cui scandalizzarci. Non perchè, come vorrebbe far credere certa propaganda politica e sbirresca, siamo un pericolo per i saronnesi, ma perchè siamo pericolosi per l'ordine di Lorsignori: per l'ordine di chi in una città possiede numerosi edifici sfitti in attesa della prima possibilità di specularci sopra, per l'ordine di chi vieta di fare qualsiasi cosa per le strade, per l'ordine di chi dietro le proprie scrivanie e dentro la propria giacca crede di poter giocare con le vite e con gli spazi altrui, per l'ordine di chi crede che il mondo intero debba appartenere a qualcuno che poi decida che farsene, per l'ordine dei Carabinieri e della Polizia, servi infimi e difensori di questo disgustoso stato di cose.
E' stato lo stesso capitano dei Carabinieri di Saronno a richiedere alla Questura di Varese lo sgombero, perchè – a detta sua – Saronno per colpa dei temutissimi Telos che facevano il bello e il cattivo tempo era diventata ormai una città ingestibile e ingovernabile.
Riassumiamo: lo sgombero l'hanno voluto gli sbirri perchè gli davamo fastidio.
I politici, con i loro inciuci con i questurini, una volta saputo dell'imminente sgombero del Telos hanno giocato d'anticipo giocando al linciaggio mediatico, sicuri poi di avere avuto l'occhio lungo dato che la data dello sgombero era già stata decisa. E così è stato.

Gli ultimi sgomberi avvenuti a Saronno hanno segnato un deciso cambio di passo della repressione, che una volta compresa la propria goffaggine e la propria lentezza (vedi gli sgomberi durati ore o giorni degli ultimi anni con resistenze sul tetto) ha cambiato strategia. Lo sgombero non è più un'operazione plateale e di forza, ormai lo sgombero è più un sotterfugio e un inganno. Non sono arrivati con 10 camionette armati di attrezzi, trance, scale etc. Sono arrivati con una o due camionette, una quarantina di Digos e pattume vario e con un escamotage sono riusciti ad entrare al Telos. L'escamotage ci teniamo a raccontarlo per condividere questa esperienza con quante più persone possibili: attorno alle 4.30 alcuni degli abitanti del Telos vedono fuori dalle finestre delle luci strane con un rumore di fuoco d'artificio, qualcuno esce dalla finestra barricata che dava sul terrazzo per vedere cosa stesse succedendo e subito viene braccato da una ventina di digos che aspettavano nascosti nell'ombra, che entrano immediatamente, prendono a calci il cane e bloccano tutti gli abitanti che tuttavia riescono a far partire una chiamata.
Gli sbirri speravano di esser riusciti a sgomberare il Telos senza che i compagni fuori lo scoprissero, gli è andata male, un petardo roboante glielo ricorda pochi istanti dopo il loro ingresso.
Fuori dal Telos attorno alle 5.15 arrivano alcuni compagni che cercano di avvicinarsi per capire come sta chi si trova dentro. Subito vengono aggrediti, alcuni rincorsi, dalla sbirraglia. Un compagno viene fermato e semplicemente minacciato e accompagnato in auto all'ingresso dell'autostrada dove viene fatto scendere.
La mattinata passa poi in relativa calma, i principali obiettivi sono portare fuori più materiale possibile e riavere tra noi i 7 fermati. Al mercato cittadino intanto un piccolo corteo fa sapere ai presenti quanto sta accadendo, anche gli automobilisti ingorgati nel traffico vengono avvisati degli avvenimenti.
Nel tardo pomeriggio un primo presidio di risposta si trasforma in un corteo selvaggio e pieno di sentimento. Gli sbirri provocano e vengono tenuti al loro posto: dietro di noi. Cori e boati rompono il silenzio, il Telos è in movimento.
A fine corteo ci salutiamo, c'è da pensare ai prossimi giorni che saranno pieni di iniziative.

E poi?
Hanno sgomberato uno stabile che ospitava il Telos, ma il Telos non lo hanno minimamente scalfito. Semplicemente ci si adatta alla nuova situazione. Tutto ciò che avevamo in mente di fare al Telos lo faremo in altri posti di Saronno. Giovedì sera un cineforum in piazza del mercato, venerdì sera una cena in via Don Monza, sabato c'è una taz dal pomeriggio alla sera.
Il Telos erano i rapporti e le situazioni create insieme, non ci siamo mai sentiti i detentori di alcunchè, questo significa che chiunque abbia avuto e abbia a cuore il Telos si senta in qualche modo tirato in causa, che cerchi un modo per portare avanti le sue lotte e la sua presenza in città.
E poi? E poi il resto ve lo diciamo a voce, è una sorpresa, soprattutto – speriamo! per gli sbirri.

Talking about the Telos' Eviction...

Why?

We want to point it out straight: the eviction of an occupied space, always looking outward rather than inward, always opposing those who would aspire to creating a bedroom/streetlife town, won't leave us astonished, for sure. Yet we are astonished: at the impressive solidarity we've received after just a day.

The reason why we've got evicted is political: the owners don't know what to do of their building, they have no projects on it other than the odd and vague idea of commercial sites, roads, misty and weird projects at all that.

Nothing to be astonished about, too. We are not a threat – as the cops' propaganda would have as – for the people of Saronno, but we pose a real threat to the order of the Almighty Ones: the order of those owning a wealth of empty buildings in our town, waiting for the right time to speculate on them, the order of those who prohibit any way to live the streets, the order of those who, behind their desks and in their comfy suit think they could fidget with the lives and the spaces of others, the order of those who believe that the whole world should be someone's property to be ruled on, to the order of the Carabinieri (a military corps carrying out policing activities) and the police, filthy slaves and defenders of this hideous status quo. It was the captain of the Carabinieri of Saronno himself to order the eviction, asking the police headquarters for permission, because – in his opinion – Saronno had run amok because of the Telos' people, doing just as they pleased. To make a long story short: the cops ordered the eviction because we were a nuisance to them.

Once the politicians got news of the incoming eviction (there's a fast track running between them and the police), they played their tune accordingly, giving rise to a true media lynching: they were playing safe, since they knew that the eviction's date had already been set. Indeed.

How?

The last evictions in Saronno clearly indicate a turn of the screw repression-wise. Once the cops got aware of their own awkwardness and untimeliness (evictions prolonged for hours or days and, in the last years, with people resisting on the roof), they changed tactics. An eviction is not the scenario for muscle showing and spotlights: nowadays, it's something treacherous and wily. They didn't come with tons of cars, tools, shears, stairs, etc. They came a couple of cars, forty Digos (MDPs) and other filth and with a stratagem they managed to enter the Telos. We would like to describe their trick to spread awareness as much as possible: around 4.30 a.m. some Telos' inhabitants see some strange lights and fireworks cracking out of the window, someone crosses over the barricaded window leading to the terrace to see what was happening and is immediately caught by around twenty Digos waiting in the shadows: they rush in, kick the dog and stop all people in the building, who nonetheless succeed in making a call.

The cops thought they managed to carry on their eviction without the comrades knowing it: too bad! A roaring firecracker reminds them of the comrades few seconds after they're in.
Outside, around 5.15 a.m. some comrades arrive and try to get closer to know how the people inside are faring. At once, they're assaulted, and some chased, by the cops. A comrade is stopped, threatened and driven to the motorway entrance, where the cops leave him.
The rest of the morning goes by pretty quietly: we mainly aim at carrying out most stuff and having our seven comrades who are temporarily detained back.
A small march in the town market make known what's happening, and the car drivers stuck in a traffic jam are informed as well.

In the late afternoon, a small demo turns into a savage, passionate rally. The cops provoke and are kept at bay, in their dutiful place: behind us. Chants and booming noises break the silence, the Telos is on its way.
When the rally has ended, we greet each other: we shall think about the next days and the actions to take.
And then?

They evicted a building where the Telos resided, but the Telos is alive and kicking. We will get used to the new condition. All the things we planned to do at the Telos will get done anyway, just somewhere else in Saronno. On Thursday night there'll be a movie night in the market place, on Friday night we'll be having dinner in via Don Monza, on Saturday night there' ll be a taz the all day long.

The Telos were the relationships and actions made together, we never felt as "owners", taht means that anybody caring or having cared for the Telos feels involved, feels he or she should find a way to carry on its struggles and its presence in town.

And then? And then... we still have got something to say vis-à-vis, it's a surprise, especially (we hope so!) for the cops.

À propos de l'évacuation du TeLOS


Pourquoi

Nous voulons le dire maintenant et fermement : on ne se scandalise pas, manifestement, pour l'évacuation d'un espace occupé et pas fermé sur soi-même mais ouvert à l'extérieur, décidé à mettre des bâtons dans les roues à qui voudrait une ville-dortoir, une ville-fiesta et cetera. On se scandalise pour la quantité de solidarité qui nous a frappé seulement pendant le premier jour après l'évacuation.

La raison de l'évacuation est une raison d'ordre public : la propriété ne sais pas quoi en faire du bâtiment, n'a pas de projets à part un vague et hypothétique site commercial, des rues, idées diverses et variés.

Et encore, on ne se scandalise pas trop. Non pas parce-que nous sommes, selon la propagande des politiciens et des flics, dangereux pour les habitant-e-s de Saronno, mais parce-que nous sommes dangereux pour l'ordre de ces Messiurs là : ceux qui possèdent nombreux bâtiments libres en attendant la première chance de spéculation, ceux qui interdisent de faire n'importe quoi dans les rues, ceux qui croient qu'ils peuvent jouer avec les vies et les espaces d'autrui, assis à leurs bureaux, avec leurs costards, qui croient que le monde entier doive appartenir à quelqu'un qui peut décider quoi en faire ;nous sommes dangereux pour l'ordre des flics, les Carabinieri et la Police, serviteurs ignobles et défenseurs de ce dégoûtant état des choses.

C'était le Capitaine des Carabinieri de Saronno qui a demandé l'évacuation à la préfecture de Varese, parce-que – il a dit – Saronno était devenue une ville ingérable et ingouvernable à cause des Telos qui soufflaient le chaud et le froid.

Résumé : nous embêtions les flics, donc ils ont demandé notre évacuation.

Les politiciens, avec leurs magouilles entre eux et les flics, dès qu'ils ont su de l'évacuation du Telos, ils ont anticipé et ils ont joué au lynchage médiatique, sures d'avoir eu l'œil parce-que la date de l'évacuation avait déjà été décidée. Et c'est le cas.

Comment

Les dernières évacuations qui ont eu lieu à Saronno ont représenté un changement de rythme catégorique dans le monde de la répression, qui a compris sa gaucherie et sa lenteur (pensez aux heures et jours employés pour les évacuations des années passées, avec la résistance sur les toits...) et a changé sa stratégie. L'évacuation n'est plus une opération théâtrale et une démonstration de force, désormais l'évacuation est plutôt un subterfuge ou une tromperie. Ils ne sont pas venu avec 10 camions de police, armés de cisailles, escaliers etcetera. Ils sont arrivés avec un ou deux camions, une quarantaine de policiers de la Digos et d'autres nullités et ils sont entrés au Telos avec un escamotage. Nous voulons le raconter pour partager notre expérience avec plus de gens possibles : environ 4h30, certains habitants du Telos voient par les fenêtres des lumières étranges et il y a un bruit de feu d'artifices, quelqu'un sors de la fenêtre barricadée de la terrasse pour voir qu'est-ce qu'il se passait et tout de suite il est traqué par 20 policiers de la Digos qui attendaient cachés dans l'obscurité, ils entrent immédiatement, donnent des coups de pied au chien et bloquent tous les habitants, mais il y a quelqu'un qui à déclenché un appel.

Les flics espéraient être réussis à évacuer le Telos sans que les camarades le sachent mais ils ont échoué, un pétard assourdissant explose juste après leur entrée.

Dehors le Telos, environ 5h15, des camarades arrivent et voudraient s'approcher pour savoir si les gens dedans vont bien. Immédiatement ils sont attaqué-e-s, certain-e-s poursuivi-e-s, par les flics. Un camarade est arrêté, tout simplement menacé et escorté en voiture au péage de l'autoroute, où ils l'obligent à descendre.

La matinée sera relativement calme, les objectifs principaux sont  transporter dehors la plus parte du matériel et voir retourner les 7 camarades arrêtés. Au marché de la ville, un petit défilé informe les citoyen-ne-s de ce qu'il passe ; aussi les automobilistes coincés dans la circulation sont informés des évènements.

En fin d'après-midi, une première manifestation en réponse devient un défilé sauvage et plein de passion. Les flics provoquent mais on les tient à leur place : derrière nous. Slogans et hurlements brisent le silence, le Telos est en mouvement.

Le défilé est terminé, nous nous donnons rendez-vous pour les prochains jours, qui seront pleins d'initiatives.

Et après ?

Ils ont évacué le bâtiment abritant le Telos mais ils n'ont pas ébranlé le Telos. On s'adapte à la nouvelle situation, tout simplement. Tout ce que nous voulions faire au Telos, nous allons le faire ailleurs à Saronno. Jeudi soir il y aura un ciné sur la place du marché, vendredi soir une diner in via Don Monza, samedi un taz de l'après-midi à la nuit.

« Telos » était les relations et les situations crées ensemble, nous n'avons jamais été les détenteurs d'aucune chose, ça veut dire que tous et toutes ceux-celles qui tenaient et tiennent au Telos doivent se sentir adressé-es, doivent chercher une façon de continuer les combats du Telos et sa présence dans la ville.

Et après ? Et après nous pouvons en parler à vive voix parce-que c'est une surprise surtout - on espère ! – pour les flics.
